In this workshop you'll gain INSIGHTS, TOOLS, and STRATEGIES for calming persistent pain with greater confidence and compassion.
We’ll explore the concept of “Body Partnership” to understand how to work with the body as an ally, not an adversary. You will be guided through practices to RELAX the body and CALM the nervous system. You’ll also come to know the factors that contribute to persistent pain as well as how to actively reduce pain, rebuild the body, and restore quality of life.
You will leave the workshop with fresh resources to approach pain and feeling empowered to find relief and recovery, including practical steps to get you started
