Coming Home

Feeling disconnected from your body, and maybe yourself? Experiencing discomfort or pain on a regular basis?

I hope you’ll check out this meditation class designed to help you reconnect with your body and learn how to take care of difficult sensations, like pain, and the feelings that come with it. If home is where the heart is, and your heart is in your body, then maybe it’s time for you to come home to your body!

Each week you’ll be guided through a “coming home” practice to cultivate more ease, relaxation, and self-compassion with the body, and yourself. This practice includes elements of mindfulness, breathwork, embodiment, and self-compassion, and it has been a powerful tool for many of my clients in reducing their pain and restoring quality to their lives. There will be a short period after the meditation for attendees to share their experience.

Classes are donation-based, which allows this offering to be accessed more easily by more people. Starting July 1st, we will meet every Tuesday at 4 PM virtually through Google Meet. Feel free to join us, and if you don’t want to be seen or heard, you’re welcome to keep your camera and microphone off as you follow along. I hope to see you there!
